Team Web Site & SI Play Communication Tools

Check out the Team Web Site and SI Play mobile application for improving your team communications this season.

The Team Wall is a great communication tool for connecting with your team. Because it uses the registration database all of your teams contact information is automatically connected* which eliminates needing to keep up with email address and phone numbers. With the free SI Play mobile app you can even do it on the go!

As a coach you can instantly email, text message** and post updates to your Team Wall keeping the whole team updated. You can also use it to post and manage your practice schedules!

Coaches can delegate other parents registered to manage the team wall also. For example, a team parent so they can communicate with the team on your behalf.

A team photo album function is also available to share those great team moments with everyone on the team. You can even integrate a Facebook page and Twitter account to increase reach for your team.

As teams are formed in the system, managers will automatically be emailed when their team wall goes active. So if you are looking for a quick way to communicate with your team check out the Team Wall web and mobile applications. With the mobile app logon with your registration account email and it will automatically display any Team Walls connected to your registrations.

Currently we are not able to use all of the functions available, specifically the team schedule/standings portion as we are required to use the Nations Baseball scheduling tools and duplication of this data is currently a highly time consuming effort.

*Parents/registrants have the ability to opt out of communication as well as keeping their contact information private (thus not available to team wall)

**Text messaging and some other functionality require parents/registrants to opt-in within their accounts.

Adding/Updating Accounts for Team Wall Use

In order to add Volunteers to Team Wall they must register or have valid email information.

Adding/Updating Emails for Existing Parent records:

  1. Logon to
  2. Click on Account Settings on the right side in Account Options area.
  3. Click on the parent name to be updated at the bottom of the screen in the Adults section
  4. On the right upper side in Adult Options click on Edit
  5. Scroll down until you see Login Email and Alternate Emails
  6. Add/update the required email addresses and make sure to check the Share With My Team option
  7. Press Save

Adding a new Parent/Adult to an existing account so they can register as a volunteer:

  1. Logon to
  2. Under Account Options on the right side click on Account Settings.
  3. Click Add Adult under Account Settings
  4. You can then fill out all the details for the new Adult; make sure to check the Share With My Team option (this makes it work with Team Wall)
  5. Press Save
  6. The adult can now be registered as a volunteer

It is only used for direct communication by SKSA to its members for the purpose of SKSA organizational announcements such as registration, board meetings, general updates etc..
