Responsible for the development of programs serving competitive class players 7 years through 14 years of age. Classes of play typically referred to as “AA”, “AAA” “Major”, “Select”, “Elite” or “Premier”. Recruits and directs the individual League coordinators. Resolves disputes involving coaches, parents and participants in the respective age groups. Generally promotes the Program to the general public and the association membership. Approves manager applications subject to association guidelines. Assists in the recruitment of players and managers in the respective programs. The acting Tournament Director for League related tournaments (EOS). Provides rule interpretations and protest resolution for respective age groups. Standing member of the Rules Committee.
